Did you know that Jesus asks more than 300 questions in the four Gospels?  By contrast, he directly answers just a handful.  Today he tells Mother Mary when they find him in the temple; “Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”  Can you imagine how many questions of him Mary must have had.  I wonder what she asked him in private !

Like Mary we have many questions and there are so many things we do not understand.  We can’t understand why every hundred years or so we seem to have a pandemic that kills many people here on earth.  We can’t understand all the hatred, rioting and prejudices that plague the human spirit.  We can’t totally understand how the bread and wine become the body and blood of our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Yet we believe !!

Like Mary we simply trust.  If only more people would turn to God in their lives and love as he taught us, this would be a much different world.
If only people trust in him instead of their own power to save, we would not have all the strife we watch on TV.

What we can do is ponder and pray and ask Mary to intercede for us.  She is the perfect model of pure trust and she can help you do the same !
