Throughout the Easter Season our readings include the Book of Acts. As Acts progresses, we see Peter and other disciples, like Stephen, preaching the gospel in Jerusalem and Judea. Then the focus shifts to Phillip who spreads the gospel farther by proclaiming Christ in Samaria. Finally, we witness Paul bringing the message of salvation throughout Asia Minor, then into Greece, and lastly to Rome. In every scene we can see the Holy Spirit working powerfully through these messengers of God.
Stories like those recorded in Acts continue to happen today through the preaching and witness of Jesus’ disciples — that means you !!
Use this downtime from your busyness to heed the words of Cursillo to Evangelize your Environment !! Let’s start at home !!
