At the last supper Jesus knows that Judas is going to betray him and Peter will deny him three times before dawn. But notice how he treats them both. He shares a meal with them and even washes their feet. He wants to make sure they receive no condemnation from him but only love!
Such it is with us. Jesus knows everything about our future as well. He knows we will have done some big successes and some big failures. But he never gives up on us! Because Jesus sticks with us, there is always hope!
Whatever your past, whatever your future, whatever you are today, Jesus is there with you. Let us take this quiet time during the quarantine to reach out to him and accept his incredible mercy and love.
De Colores,
Deacon Doug
