One day they were up on the Syrian boarder in Caesarea Philippi and he ask his disciples; “Who do people say that the Son Of Man is?”  I have stood on that spot several times and pondered that question.  Jesus took them there to this out of the way place to prepare them for what was going to happens.  He put his back to the rock, faced Jerusalem and taught them.  When they left that place they began their final journey to Jerusalem and his death. That journey took nine month.  The significance of nine month To give birth to new life in grace for all of us is pretty awesome !

So the question for us is the same. “Who do you say that I am”? Before you answer that, stop and ponder the consequences of your answer.  Are you able to give your life, your every concern, desire, and hope to the Lord?  Surrendering to the Lord is not always easy.  It was not easy to the disciples either.  Whatever your circumstances are right now, ask for the grace to make this act of surrender.

If you answer Jesus question today by saying Jesus is Lord.   Then offer your life to God and you will see the fruit of this response both in your life and in the lives of those around you !
