When the apostles hear that Jesus is leaving to prepare a place for them in heaven, they are worried that they won’t be able to follow him. It’s kind of how many of us felt coming down the hill after Cursillo ended. Yet Jesus assures them they know the way, they just have to keep their focus on following him. Have you felt that way especially during this Coronavirus ? Have you ever felt you might not be able to keep on the right path that leads to heaven ? Or even that may not be worthy of the heavenly dwelling place.

Relax because none of us are worthy. Yet we do have a place in heaven because Jesus is worthy and died for our sinful ways. He is with us even when we feel insecure or unworthy.
Perhaps we need a few different simple ways to remind yourself of his constant presence. Maybe a note in the bathroom where you get ready every day. How about a rosary by your bedside or a sacred image on your desk next to your computer. For me an image on the refrigerator since I seem to spend a lot of time there lately !!

Jesus loves you ! He is the way and he is SO worth following !!
