We just completed our Thanksgiving Holiday in the United States. We have much to be thankful to God for all he has given us. I was particularly thankful this year for the great number of candidates and team members signing up for Cursillo. We are truly blessed in Orange. This is a tribute to all of you for your dedication and prayers for our Movement. We can never take this success for granted and must continue to do Palanca for our Cursillo and for the Cursillo Worldwide.
Personally I want to thanks everyone who has been praying for our daughter-in-law Heather and her recovery from neck cancer. We sent the prayers and palanca you have given us to her in Houston. She was totally overwhelmed by all those prayers. It also made me so proud to be a Cursillista realizing the powerful love and support of this community. Please continue to pray for her as her recovery will be a long and difficult one as she begins radiation.
Let us always have this “attitude of gratitude” for all God has given us.
