In the following days and weeks we will be reminded that the journey of Joseph, Mary and Jesus was not easy. However in everything they faced they were faithful, prayerful and attentive to the directions of God through His messengers. We in Cursillo have been on our own prayerful journey as we moved from Marywood in Orange to Divine Word in Riverside. It too has not been easy, but God listened to our needs as well. I personally thank all of those who made this transition possible and set up for the first two Cursillo weekend at Divine Word. I thank you for your financial sacrifices and our successful dinner/auction which will offset the considerable higher cost of our new Retreat Center. I thank you for your prayers and palanca which provide us with what we need to be the face of Christ for each other plus our candidates. Finally I thank you for sharing your gifts of faith and love and your commitment to serve in our movement in many diverse ways. May Jesus bring you His peace, joy and love during this holy season. Merry Christmas !!
